How much does shipping cost?

Domestic – Anthonys offers FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $100. Orders under will be charged $25.
International – Anthonys does ship internationally.

 

How long will my delivery take?

If your order is in stock please allow 3-7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Orders requiring a custom make can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

 

What could delay my order?

If your order is a custom make allow our Jewellers 6-8 weeks to complete and ship. Sourcing rare gemstones can delay a custom make. We will endeavour to advise if your order will be delayed.

 

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking number. Simply follow the link in the email to track delivery of your parcel.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship to the United States, New Zealand, Europe, Asia. Duty and tax will vary depending on your location. If your location does not fit into any of these please contact us at sarah@anthonys.com.au and we will endeavour to get your purchase to you safely.

 

Returns

At Anthonys we proudly stand behind our product and offer a 14 Day Change of mind money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at sarah@anthonys.com.au or call (07) 3211 0000.

Once we receive your item in its original condition, we will happily refund your purchase. In some cases if your item has been worn we will deduct a small refurbishing fee.

 

Warranty

We have a lifetime warranty for all of our products for manufacturing faults. This does not cover wear and tear or misuse of item.

 

Shipping Insurance

We will ensure your purchase arrives safely to your door. This requires a secure address to send your purchase and signature on arrival.

 

Insurance
